Last 9th May the IES Fernando de los Ríos took part in the 14th anniversary of Parque de las Ciencias in an open-door journals. We were selected to represent Granada and we presented a stand with all the proposals of the school and everything done up to now. Every Department collaborated in one way or another. From our Department, the students made a poster with the map of Great Britain and the different cities which were somehow important for Darwin. It was accompanied with a brief comment on each city and the reason of its importance for the scientist.
Moreover, another poster was made with the animals that Darwin discovered in his journeys and they were labelled both in English and in French.
Another activity which is going to be done from this Department is the reading in English of a letter from Darwin to his sister, Susan Darwin within the activity Reading Darwin.
